Fittings
An advantage of purchasing your hearing aids from Hearly is that your hearing aids can be fitted remotely. Remote fitting of hearing aids will be made possible in increasingly more hearing aids. This will save you a lot of time. At Hearly, an online hearing aid fitting is always for free. You can request an adjustment via the app at any time. For a live session, we are more than happy to make an appointment. This ensures that the audiologist will have sufficient time available for you.
Care
Hearing aid maintenance is very basic these days. You don’t need to rely on a hearing care professional to assist you with hearing aid maintenance. With instructional videos, we demonstrate the steps to follow in order to prevent malfunctions or to correctly maintain the hearing aids. Removing earwax, swapping the strainer, filter or speaker? We will be happy to show you how.
Defects
Despite the strict demands that hearing aids have to meet, sometimes a hearing aid will malfunction. If the failure cannot be repaired by yourself, we will be ready to help you. We will provide you with a selection of spare hearing aids and in the meantime, we will have the defective hearing aids repaired by the manufacturer. At Hearly you have a 5-year warranty and there will be no costs for any repairs.
