Warranties and repairs
Hearly.net supplies all products with a warranty that takes effect immediately after purchase.

Standard 5-year warranty on all hearing aids
Hearly.co.uk provides a 5 year warranty on all hearing aids. We do not work with warranty packages, you have a warranty for the entire average life of your devices. This warranty covers not only the hearing aid, but also the receivers (microphones) on your hearing aids. The warranty covers all defects that may occur during normal use.

2-5 year guarantee on rechargeable hearing aid batteries
The guarantee on rechargeable hearing aid batteries varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. It is a minimum of two years and a maximum of five years. Please check the hearing aid pages to see which warranty applies to the battery in a particular rechargeable hearing aid.

Submitting items for repair
We are of course familiar with the products we work with and can often diagnose what might be wrong based on the information you provide. It is therefore sensible to always contact us in the event of a fault, so that your products are unusable for as short a time as possible, because we can already start working on them. Once you have contacted us, we will give you instructions on how to return the product, sometimes directly to the manufacturer.

Sending items
When you send us your items, you are responsible for packing and shipping them properly. We recommend that you do this with a track & trace code, this prevents misunderstandings if shipments do not reach us (properly).

Processing your repair
When we receive the items, we first perform a free diagnosis. This diagnosis will show whether the defect is within or outside the warranty. If the defect is within the warranty period, we will ensure that your item is repaired (or replaced) as soon as possible. If the defect is outside the warranty period, we will notify you first and always discuss the possible repair costs before carrying out the repair. Under normal use you are always entitled to the above guarantees, the exceptions are listed below:

  • Wear and tear due to excessive or improper use.
  • Products where the brand and/or serial numbers have been altered or removed.
  • Defects caused by neglect or by earwax
  • Defects caused by exposure to moisture or chemical or electrochemical exposure to water
  • The normal decreasing capacity of batteries and accumulators
  • Defects due to force majeure (e.g. water damage, flood, lightning, fire, acts of war, riot, war)
  • Questions or complaints

2-year guarantee on all aids to hearing and accessories
Hearly.net provides a 2-year warranty on all its hearing aids and accessories. This means you are guaranteed to enjoy your purchases for 2 years. Within this time you can always offer the product for repair (or replacement).

6 months guarantee on rechargeable batteries and batteries of accessories 
On batteries Hearly.net provides a 6 month guarantee, this is because the capacity of a battery or rechargeable battery decreases with longer and frequent use. Within this period you can offer your product for repair (or replacement).

Legal warranty
All items purchased from us carry a statutory warranty. Statutory guarantee means that a product is or should be what the consumer may reasonably expect from it. For some products there is also a manufacturer's warranty or a special warranty provided by us. These guarantees do not affect the legal guarantee.
