At Hearly you can place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Select a hearing system or get individual advice from one of our hearing care professionals over the phone.
- Have the expected co-payment displayed by entering your health insurance ID and have a non-binding offer prepared for you
- Order your hearing systems (for the presetting, we need a prescription from an ENT doctor or a current audiogram).
- We will then send you your hearing systems and our hearing care professionals will fine-tune them for you in further fitting appointments.
- We will take care of the billing with your statutory health insurance for you.

- Click at the desired product on 'add to shopping cart
- If you wish to order more than one item, click on 'continue shopping', if you wish to continue with your order, click on 'checkout'.
- If you are already a customer, you can click on 'I already have an account' to log in, then you do not have to fill in your details again. If you are not yet a customer or want to order as a guest, please fill in the form;
- Fill in your full name, address, phone number and email address
- Select your desired payment method and in case of iDeal also your bank
- Click on the check mark for 'Yes, I agree with the general terms and conditions'.
- Click on the check mark for 'Yes, I have checked the above information and everything is correct.
- Click on 'checkout & complete order
- You will receive a confirmation of your order and we will send your products as soon as possible
After receiving your products, you have 14 days to change your mind.
