Quite an improvement
In terms of hearing, I have improved a lot.
Unfortunately, the match between the material of the hearing aids and my skin is not a good one. Another solution is being sought for that.

Good positive experience with device. Gets used quickly, good sound quality and good tuning.

Great team - excellent product
You have a great product that meets or exceeds all requirements, it fits great, you hardly feel it. Even when cycling, no whistling, no wind noise it works just terrific. To emphasize is the very long battery life from early at 07:00 to 24:00 and then still has 25-30% - that's awesome. When making calls, short conversations are possible if the phone remains within 50cm range, for longer conversations or meetings there are deductions or I switch to the AirPods Pro. The Apple products perform well here and are a good addition.
Worth mentioning is the performance of your team in Freilassing, reliable, competent, solve problems consistently and are always very customer-friendly.

Only recommend from order to delivery to setting
So you have to be honest. At first I had a bit of concern because it is going the Internet but then I ordered them. They arrived at my home to I had an appointment in Lautenbach to settings that has also worked great, so only recommend. The people who think that does not work it really works.
