Extremely pleasant home service with friendly staff who were attentive to the customer's needs without being pushy!
Had a choice of multiple devices!

Better experience than many physical hearing stores, which are more expensive and often very pushy and spend little time on the desires of the customer.
For example, they would not let me try an in the ear device, but insisted on a much more expensive device behind the ear!

After 4 sets to have tested I am the last stuck, the Audio Service Mood 8 5G is it and I must say thickly satisfied.

Jeroen Koenen of office Eindhoven has helped me in a great way, nothing was too much, chapeau.
Also the aftercare is perfect i.e. nothing but praise.

Very pleasant experience with an eye for ears. Kim Nagtegaal was our audiologist and both my grandmother and I have experienced the contact with her as very pleasant. She is professional and friendly. In short, a winner!

Fine devices ... not submersible, but my devices have survived an involuntary dive (bag overboard) in the Mediterranean Sea (for now)

I switched from Beter Horen to Oog voor oren because the latter offers newer devices and more choices. I like the Philips HearLink 3000 miniRITE very much. The connection with iPhone works well and the app is clear and convenient. The sound is excellent, especially compared to my previous Resound devices. On second thought, I should have also tried the rechargeable ones. Batteries are a sure thing but is also a hassle and not exactly environmentally friendly.
