After 7 years Siemens now Oticon. Enormous improvement in sound. Very good speech intelligibility to the delight of my wife and (grand)children. Very good in music programs.

My wife and I both have this hearing aid.
And its nice and small and quiet, haven't regretted it for a day.



Also eye forearms has been very helpful in helping us buy our hearing aids.

Expertly helped and given plenty of time to test several hearing aids. I can now understand people reasonably well again but the ideal thing is that the phone calls come in over the hearing aids and therefore are much easier to understand. For me, the devices of this brand are many times better than Phonak but that's personal.

The Phonak Audeo P90-R definitely deserves a 9 out of 10. I tested the M90-R before. It was already very good as a hearing aid, but the P90-R is even better, in my opinion, especially in terms of Bluetooth: more features and more stable.

Still no 10 out of 10 for the P90-R because the included app (myPhonak 4.0) could be even better: To really use your smartphone as a remote control with that app, which is the intention, the BT-LE connection with that app should be as stable as the regular BT connection with your smartphone. But now you have to switch either BT or your hearing aid off and on again almost every time to connect and use the app. The "retry" function is provided in the app but almost never works.
Also the new "double-tap" function of the P90-R is not yet up to date or at least requires a lot of training, especially if you want to use it with the "Google Assistant".



Oogvoororen.be certainly deserves a 9.5 out of 10. Wide choice, clear and transparent prices and conditions, better than most competitors, and excellent service both at home and remotely, which I of course hope will continue in the coming years.

Yet no 10 out of 10 because their prices in Belgium, for the same hearing aids and the same included service are clearly higher than in the Netherlands (oogvoororen.nl). This would be due to a different "cost structure". Of course you can also buy from them in the Netherlands at the lower price but then you get less from the Belgian mutual health insurance and you have to take care of the administrative formalities yourself.



Finally a real 10 out of 10 for triage audicien Richard Hellings from oogvoororen. Despite the difficult corona circumstances he did everything possible with great flexibility, patience and empathy to make me a satisfied customer. He allowed me a second test period to be able to compare the P90-R, which has now been released, with the previously tested M90-R, which, as said, was also very good, but apparently could still be improved.

Excellent service by Marieke in Maastricht, she took the time to explain everything clearly! One week later something was adjusted remotely via iPhone, it couldn't be easier!

I can hear the birds chirping, the car roaring, I can follow conversations. Did not know that I missed that. Hardly notice that I have the devices in.
Elastics of mouth caps remain hooked so beware!
What I miss is direct sound from TV and Android mobile phone to the hearing aid. Such an extra device around your neck or always have to carry is not comfortable.
