As soon as I started using the Phonak Audeo Marvel, I was able to participate again in discussions with friends, family and acquaintances. I had the feeling that I belonged there again. It was quite an expense, but worth it.

For several years now, I have been using a hearing aid from Oog voor Oren to improve my hearing. From A to Z the service is taken care of by visiting clients at home as well as at the local location near my home. A satisfied customer for the next 50 years. :)

My mother thought the employee was a real professional. He was thorough and knew what he was talking about.
Now she really knows what good hearing is! Previously she had 1 hearing aid but still heard poorly. Now with two hearing aids she hears super well again.

The devices are fine, good help from Ruud, and that I don't have to replace batteries is not only easy but also better for our environment.

My experience with OOGVOOREN in Krimpen aan den IJssel is excellent, the hearing specialist is very patient, knowledgeable and explains everything calmly and well. Knows how to advise perfectly and works very accurately and thoroughly with the insurer so that reimbursements are honoured.

I find it a very fine device, I can finally hear well again.

My devices went away for repair very quickly, which took a very long time before they were back. I was not kept well informed by oogvoororen in the interim. Other than that, the experience of oogvoororen is very good.
