Since I got the Oticon Opn S 1 miniRITE R rechargeable from August 2019 after my old devices were completely used up, I have had very good experiences with them.I bought them at the beginning of October 2019. I would like to say with this mail that I find the service very good, and they are still very nice to wear. That in the past it took me 2 years to adjust them and now 2 months is an incredible difference.



A whole new world is opening up for me! I hear things I wanted to hear but could never hear with the old Siemens Artis 2Life and Siemens Centra Life. The wind, cars pulling up, the refrigerator. Cars arriving. Mopeds arriving. The fire department and ambulances (this was often a sudden sound, if it was near me). The Eindhoven Ring Road behind my own residential area Blixembosch. You don't have to look over to see if someone is talking to you or to someone else: I can hear the difference. You also don't have to look around anymore when people are calling, I now know that the talk is not to me, I couldn't hear that with the Siemens.


Bluetooth is also very nice, music or videos can listen without others affected by it. My mother really notices a difference: I am more awake, because I hear more.



I've been hard of hearing since birth but it was discovered when I was 6 years old.
At Beter Horen and at Van Boxtel they are more focused on the older generation of hearing loss. Here it was nice that the audicien immediately understood that I wanted to hear all sounds, no hassle with trying 10 devices that are focused on letting as little sound through as possible. After trying out 1 hearing aid, I immediately bought it after 2 months. Very nice, very good service.

I didn't understand about half of what was being said on TV very well. Just plugged in the streaker and now understand every word clearly and distinctly in my hearing aids.Know now what I missed all this time.

Best experience with hearing aids so far.
Before in my life I always had problems with participating in group conversations at work etc. This is now gone for good.

Because I can see on the website what hearing aids are available, I can make a good choice. I also find it very important to see the price. Information is very important to me. I want to be able to compare.
The guidance at home I found also very good. The hearing tests are fine. The setting is also good.

I'm super happy with my hearing aid. The sound is very good. With parties I no longer have the feeling to be deaf. It is an expense, but well worth it. Can control it with phone and applewatch.

Due to circumstances I suddenly became deaf in one ear. The ENT doctor pointed me to the "Bicros" possibility to send sound from my 'deaf' side through Bluetooth to the hearing device in my functioning ear. I received information about this via Oogvoororen, at my home via the audiologist Mr. Hellings, and entered a test phase with the Starkey AI CROS RICR Livio and Starkey AI 2400 RICR Livio with Li-ion battery (Charge &Go Bicros). During the test phase, it appeared that the capacity of the battery was only sufficient for 12 - 13 hours of use in combination with Bicros application, which did not meet my usage needs.
After this I chose to continue the test with the Signia Pure 7Nx pure 312 and the Signia CROS Pure 31 312 Nx. These devices use disposable batteries, which may be less environmentally friendly, but which only empty after about 3 days and thus meet the usage needs much better than the "Charge&Go" battery version. Another advantage of the Signia hearing aids is the intuitive way the App works, which can be used to make adjustments to the settings of the hearing aids with your phone.

The whole selection and testing process was pleasantly and expertly guided by the audiologist at Oogvoororen. I found the home visit by the audiologist more pleasant than having to go to a shop myself.

Unfortunately I have too small ear canals for custom made in the ear devices, but this alternative provided by Oog voor Oren is a great choice. My behind the ear devices I only wore when strictly necessary, these I wear all day long. You forget you are wearing them, but what a pleasure to hear everything again!
