I am generally satisfied
Enya 462 I am generally satisfied. Only when listening to music such as violin I often get a high pitched sound. Very irritating. Tried to change this at Beter Horen but no result!

A perfect device with a more than perfect service
After a trial period with another audiologist I ended up at Into Ears Eindhoven via friends.
Here my hearing was tested more extensively than at the NKO doctor! I got a very clear and comprehensive explanation about the functioning of the device as well as an explanation of how my hearing problems would be solved with theReSound LINX Quattro 9 61;
I was able to come for a consultation several times and during my last visit I received more than enough good advice (and material) to make a good start into what I call my new life with ears.
Fine appliances.
So far these are perfect, with the app I can adjust the devices when the ambient noise changes. So I can always participate in the conversation.

An excellent tool
I have had a roger pen for five years now. I use it to point the pen at people during standing meetings, which makes conversation possible. What is not mentioned in the manual but is important is that when you put the pen on the table, the wood of the table becomes a soundboard and the sound comes through even better. You can of course turn the pen in the direction of the speaker. A great invention, this pen! Mine unfortunately snapped yesterday between me and the chair. But my stupidity, the pen is very solid. My ear devices have an extra piece to communicate with the pen.

An organization with a lot of knowledge and attention for the customer!
I have been using this device for 2 months now and I am very satisfied with the audiologist Mieldo Telegraaf from Oogvoor Oren. Because of the possibility of a loop, I bought this device. I was given clear advice and all the time is taken to discuss the various options. Since a few weeks I also use the Oticonclip (mini microphone) which helps me to have a conversation with someone in a busy environment;
Conclusion: OogvoorOren is an organization where the customer is central.
They are clear and transparent, including what the costs are. My compliments!

Positive overall experience with high-quality rechargeable hearing aids combined with top service
I am very happy with the rechargeable Resound LINX because it meets all my requirements, I do not feel like a "patient" and that is very important as a 55 year old. This device supports me in my daily demanding environment.
The professional way in which I have been guided by Carlo gives me a lot of confidence and certainly contributes to the positive overall experience.

These are my 2 the hearing aids. I had Oticon before. These devices have a range of advantages, good comfort despite being a bit larger/thicker, top sound experience, music/sound streaming is top, adjusting via App is great. Being able to chat in a restaurant and not be bothered by ambient noise is really perfect. Charging via the supplied box / battery charging station is very easy. No more batteries and at the most inopportune moments you get the message that the batteries are empty. In short, good devices for a nice price. Beter Horen was €800 more expensive than Oog voor Oren, compliments for this. Also nice that you can arrange everything at home. That's real service, that's how it should be!

At the end of December 2018 I bought Resound Enya right and left at Beter horen in Heerenveen. In general I am satisfied except for listening to classical music. At high tones I get a high shrill sound very irritating. Beter Horen in Heerenveen has made the necessary adjustments, but not a good result! I have also changed the volume setting of the television and radio. So I'm not completely satisfied.

Hearing aid very good, but usability App on smartphone worthless
I really need these devices to understand people well.
Also, the intelibility via app was very welcome, however, that has become a huge
disappointment.
Because with the pairing of my Samsung S4 with Android 5, I'm busy for hours and even then it fails.
So worthless. Do not buy Resound if you are not a fan of I-Phone!
