Phonak is a good and comfortable hearing aid
I already had good experience with the Phonak hearing aids so I wanted another Phonak. Ron did a great job of helping me to purchase the right type of Phonak again.
I am very hard of hearing so really need type5 devices.
We just had some problems with the ear pieces for a while but that was resolved.
I would like to compliment Ron for his patience, thoughtfulness , expertise and kindness.

Intoears I recommend to everyone.
My complaints I had about my hearing were taken very seriously. Am also very happy with these hearing aids.
Didn't expect that I could qualify for these. Don't have to worry about losing loose earbuds anymore. Spotify listening through the hearing aids is great.
