I don't have an equalizer in the software to try out for myself which sound I want to set for certain environments.
In addition, the volume unfortunately remains a little too low when making calls.

Inadequate cost information
The final price of the hearing aids has not been communicated (properly). There appears to be a co-payment of EUR 359, which is not accepted by the insurance company. This does not include the co-payment for charger and annual package. (EUR 320). It was indicated at the start of the purchase procedure that very should not be a co-payment. If impossible, this should have been communicated at the start.
