I got my hearing back from 50 years ago.
After bad experiences with a hearing aid from one of the five cases scrutinized by the Consumers' Association in April 2024, I have not experienced any problem with the one from Oogvoororen. Thanks.

tested hearing aids a year ago, but the added value was limited then, now it is clearly a big advantage. Too bad the bluetooth connection is limited, so I cannot use it to make calls with my cell phone.

After almost ending up in a bad adventure, I found "Eye Forears" on the Internet. The website gives great choice/options, technical/audio features, category and also price. There are no hidden surcharges hidden.

My hearing problem was solved in a pleasant and very professional manner.
I have been seen by 2 audiologists. The first time was more of an intake interview incl inventory of previous experiences and current needs. This audicien calmly took the time to map out my profile and make the possible alternatives clear to me. The whole thing finally led to an instrument choice.
The 2nd audicien received me 2 weeks later to fit the hearing aids, as audicien 1 was unable to attend. Following my (many) questions, the audiogram was patiently explained to me in detail, and other questions were also clearly answered. As a result, I understood much more about my condition and the possible mitigating measures.
On my third visit, over 2 weeks later, I again encountered Hearing Care Professional 2. I had completed the trial period very positively and was eager to keep the instruments (Oticon Zircon 1). As an aside, I told them about the not-so-good experience with Beter Horen who had advised me the Oticon Ruby 1. When asked, the differences between these two hearing aids were also explained to me very well.
All in all: kudos! At OogvoorOren I felt I was taken seriously.
