I have good experience with it.

Was a very relaxing process with excellent results.

Great hearing aids and no more hassle with batteries.
The whole process was explained well and calmly by Monique Baas and the hearing aids work excellent.

A fine addition to my Bernafon Encanta 400 hearing aids.

IK use the device daily. Adjust it in the morning with my Ipad/Iphone. I enjoy my hearing aids BernafonEncanta 400 all day because of this.

Convenient to be able to adjust my hearing aids during a concert, for example. .
I can change the program selection at any time.
Small and easy to use.
Can adjust the volume at any time without Iphone or Ipad.
Too bad there is not a small bag or the like with lanyard. Loose in the hand poses a risk of loss . Handy would be to be able to hang the remote control.

Conversation(s) with multiple people at once has improved

Complete deafness in one ear due to Menière's disease after many years partially resolved by purchase of hearing aid.

After getting used to hearing better

The Oticon hearing aids are an improvement, but require a longer habituation period than I initially estimated.

Glad it could be arranged from home that I can now hear better again!

It's nice that the audiologist comes to your home. At home is quieter and in familiar surroundings. So is also beneficial for doing the hearing test.
