My experience is very good

After first testing the Phonak Audeo Sphere at a national chain, the Oogvoororen website allowed me to compare different instruments and choose the one that did meet my needs: the Signia Active Pro IX! What a nice device! In particular, using the app to point the microphones to where the sound is coming from works really well. It effectively filters out all the background noise around you. And thanks to Floris it was only once necessary to adjust the devices a bit. I really like the devices and can definitely recommend them. Tip: the devices cannot be paired with a laptop, but the devices can be used very well together with over-the-ear headphones. And with the combination, again, it is nice to listen to music!

I am not satisfied at all. Understanding speech and conversations is fine. But music and understanding during noise is just bad.

Furthermore, my ears hurt after wearing them for several days.

First time buying premium hearing aids. Pricey, but 10 times better and more pleasant to use.

In the beginning I ( my husband did not) had quite a lot of problems with link cell phone. Then there was a connection and then there was no connection! After 3 weeks 1 device broke down. Got a new one, much better now. We are both reasonably satisfied with the possibilities. You do need to have your cell phone with you to be able to switch between settings. I find telephone conversation via the device really super, very clear.

Have had one hearing aid since December 2, 2024, so very recent. So far very satisfied. Pleasant wearing comfort, 4 different sound levels. Above all clear hearing improvement.

It is a fine hearing aid.

Searching on the Internet was only positive when I spoke to hearly. They implemented what was discussed on the phone one-to-one. It's really remarkable that you can also get high-end hearing aids at a fair price.
