So far I can't find any negative points, everything is well and clearly arranged and super easy if you're not so mobile yourself anymore

Third time hearing aids at eye for ears. Never any problems and excellent service. I am happy to drive some extra miles for them. I also had hearing aids from Oticon before and they were fine, so it was not difficult to choose other Oticon hearing aids.

My first hearing aids and I didn't know what I was hearing. It takes some getting used to but the result is great. Easy to set up with the app and top-notch guidance from Oogvoororen.

Did all the hearing tests at home, is ideal.
As it is at home , is still best for d test I think, then the sound is also as it should sound.
After adjusting hearing aids to home sounds it is ideal as if I can hear everything as it should be.
Even now when cycling I can hear people talking and understand what they are saying.
For me a 10, also the patience and time that the audicien takes to set everything right and all explanations with app on mobile.
On the app many settings which gives even more possibilities for group or small conversations.
Television is also back to "normal" volume of my wife, sometimes too loud for me.
First I had another supplier but now with oogvoororen my 3rd pair of hearing aids is better than before.

Contact with Hearing Aid went very smoothly.
I have mild hearing loss and hear things that are close by better but because all sounds in the vicinity are amplified, sounds further away e.g. television are still difficult to hear. But I am satisfied with it.
