Great service
I had once ordered batteries and then received email from eye for ears I needed new devices after very bad experience with better hearing I thought I'm going to call and got very friendly employee on the line and told me about hearing aids he explained everything to me calmly then made an appointment that went smoothly when a very friendly lady came to me she took hearing test and advised me very good hearing devices what a relief compared to better hearing I finally have what I wanted

Once again an excellent experience
After 5 years I again chose Oticon hearing aids of the Zircon type at the brand-independent oogvoororen. In combination with custom made ear pieces, I like them very much and I received excellent home help from Julia.

super nice to be able to hear well again, AND to know that I am on professionals with an eye and most importantly time for their client!
I have no cons to mention and am super satisfied with Into-Ears' guidance to my 1st hearing aid. It was quite a step for me to give in to a hearing aid. I have been deaf on one side since I was 9 years old and over the years I have been able to hear well with my other ear. However, when this one also went a bit behind I panicked and finally the solution was found in a crosspiece, the Quix G6. Super nice to wear and good quality. It is simple to use without bells and whistles, but a normal ear doesn't have that either:)
I am a pianist and can now clearly hear the difference with a special music program of the Quix. I would not want to miss it anymore.

No regrets about the nevertheless "expensive" purchase.
The improvement in hearing was surprisingly great. The simplicity in setting via the app in different situations made it easy to make adjustments. I now enjoy wearing the devices.

Excellent service: knowledgeable, friendly and prompt, with advanced testing equipment, even if done at home. Organization around it is also excellent. Am glad I made the switch from a big chain to Oogvoororen.
