Good sound quality and fine extra features, without too much fuss.
The sound quality is much better than my previous hearing aids (7 years old). I didn't put these in lately. Now I can't miss my current hearing aids.
Only disadvantage is that if I use the TV adapter function, I have to stop using my phone during this function, because then the sound drops out from time to time. (Could also be due to my phone...)

After some negative experiences with other audiciens who tried to sell me a top segment.
Sharon from Oogvoororen.nl was businesslike but listened to my wishes and gave me the possibilities to get the best out of it.
During the trial period, I felt like the cap was sealing too much. Sharon fixed the problem and adjusted the sound via the app with the TV it is better but still not quite optimal.
Now I am listening to the radio via my phone again great.

My social life was good but its comfort improve my social life
I have had the hearing aids for several weeks now and am very happy with them, I can hear much better and it's great not having to change batteries but I still need to get better at using features of the app so need to be more knowledgeable about it ,
