Description
The LiNX Quattro hearing aid from ReSound is very versatile. For the first time, a completely new chip has been developed for the LiNX series. This offers several improvements over its predecessor, as well as the LiNX 3D model. The chip is so fast that sounds are processed at a tremendous speed. Changes in the environment are detected directly and the hearing aids adapt immediately.
With the Quattro LiNX hearing aids, sounds can be amplified to just over 9kHz. This makes it easier for you to see where sounds are coming from in a noisy environment. For example, if you are sitting in a crowded restaurant, you can easily estimate where the waiter's voice is coming from behind you. It is not only in busy environments that intelligibility is improved. Even if you are in a very quiet environment, the LiNX Quattro hearing aids sound comfortable because the internal noise is greatly reduced.
Since the iPhone 8 has been on the market, the Bluetooth connection has already become faster, but the LiNX Quattro hearing aid also ensures a faster switching between Bluetooth and the microphones of the hearing aids. When you answer a phone call, you can hear the other person directly through the hearing aids. Music also sounds very good thanks to Bas Boost via direct streaming.
The LiNX Quattro hearing aids are available in different versions, both in terms of audiology and technical specifications.
For the first time, a lithium-ion battery is now used. The operating time is about 35 hours and if you stream four hours per day, you have about 26 hours left. So you can face a long day with a fully charged hearing aid. Have you forgotten to charge the hearing aids? Don't panic, after 10 minutes of charging you can use the hearing aids again for 3 hours.
The charger has a power bank that allows you to fully charge the hearing aids up to 3 times. Convenient if you are on the road for a few days. This LiNX Quattro model has a push button that can have different functions.

Very good devices, definitely use with app and tools.
Because of severe hearing loss I have been looking for the best devices to still hear as well as possible. I finally ended up with the ReSound LINX Quattro. Flexible custom-made tops were ordered for me. These fit perfectly. Operating the devices with an app is very easy and the settings are extensive. I switch smoothly from speech to music and back. Streaming via multi mic makes difficult listening situations easier. Streaming via TV streamer makes me a little less dependent on subtitles and the sound is better (and faster). It is nice that you can also adjust the ambient sound! Streaming to smartphone via phone clip seems to work, but I have yet to try it out. A big step forward to receive sound directly. Also adjusting it remotely works. Unfortunately, the connection to my smartphone via android is cumbersome. Waiting for the android app. The use of rechargeable devices takes some getting used to, but probably better than constantly changing batteries.
Unfortunately, hearing in my case despite great improvement, still difficult. My sense of direction has improved significantly with the devices.
As a customer in Belgium, I am very satisfied with the service by mail, phone and at home: thanks to hearing care specialist Richard Hellings who came by quite a few times and did a great job setting up and installing the hearing aids and devices! The price difference with Belgium is still huge despite reduced reimbursement by CM.

Glad I chose this hearing aid, my social life improves a lot.
After 11 years of happiness with the Resound Azure, I was ready for the latest technology of the new hearing aids. And what an improvement they made. I simply forget their presence because the sound experience is so natural and correct. Despite a distinct hearing loss in both ears, these devices manage to compensate for this to my complete satisfaction.
Thanks to the resound app, adjustments can be tested and, if desired, finalised remotely. Very valuable application.
The rechargeable version is incredibly easy. The charging box is also a battery pack for on the road.
Splash proof and therefore resistant to salts of perspiration.
5 year warranty.
Maybe the price, but in Belgium it is still more than 1000 EUR more expensive after deduction of all the allowances of the health insurance.
