After wearing them in my left ear for 3 years, I immediately opted for the same device to correct my hearing in my right ear. I am highly satisfied. However, there are extreme price differences between the various providers. I can't imagine a better service in all areas, advice, communication, price/performance ratio than with Hearly. Everything was 100 percent right.

I have had these hearing aids for about three years now. Last year they malfunctioned, then I was sent a package of replacement devices that included a return ticket to send mine back for repair.
Now, a few weeks ago they are defective again. I was emailed a return ticket to print out so I could return my hearing aids. They had promised me at OogVoorOren to first take a look at it themselves to see if they can't do the repair themselves, and if that is not the case that the devices will be forwarded to the manufacturer and I would then get replacement devices.
A few days later I received an email from OogVoorOren that they had received my hearing aids well, and they would forward them to the manufacturer for repair. There was no more mention of the promised replacement devices. So I will have to do without for several weeks! In the meantime, I have sent an e-mail to OogVoorOren, saying that I did not receive my promised replacement devices, with a screen copy attached advertising that they send replacement devices when the devices are due for repair. So far I have not received a reply back.
I'm going to have to buy others in my life after these devices, but it certainly won't be at OogVoorOren! Have a few friends who bought hearing aids from competitors, and you never encounter such conditions there. So... the after-sales service is nothing compared to before. But they do still advertise on their website that there is a full warranty for 5 years, and you are entitled to replacement devices while the purchased devices are in for repair. I go to work a few more days a week, and it's very annoying that I have to say every time I don't fully understand what people are saying to me. I just can't live without hearing aids anymore.
This way they are going to lose a lot of customers at OogVoorOren, and I will not fail to keep publishing my experiences!!!

these people know their job and provide quality appliances at a lower price than many better-known chains in our country
Probably they can do this because they have less advertising expenses than the others.
Everything is handled the same and only the price is lower. Also the aftercare is smooth and always quickly accessible.Highly recommended in all areas!!!
