Oticon: recommendable. Service: fine for now (5 months)
Of the third brand of hearing aids I have used in 12 years, Oticon is far and away the best; I am extremely satisfied; in terms of service, I have little experience yet, but for the time being fine.
I use their streaming device daily for TV: excellent versus the previous brand which left much to be desired.
Pretty ok,but there are things to improve
I have had the TV streamer for about two weeks.It works well,and listening to TV is a lot better.Too bad there is no remote included.Now I use the smartphone,and this is less convenient.

Great service and pleasant cooperation. The hearing aid is satisfactory, really super. Unfortunately, I can't always wear the left hearing aid because of ear infections, but that is finally getting better and ms. will be able to do so soon. Your organization really has an eye for the ears but also for what the customer wants and not, as in my experience with another organization, first offers the most expensive hearing aid.

Great, what a difference! Now that I have these hearing aids, a world has opened up for me. I had wanted them for a while, but was dreading the inconvenience of putting them in my ears. Through advertisements I came in contact with Oogvoororen and made an appointment for a hearing test. It was quite an experience; I was even more deaf than I thought I was. I was helped in a friendly and professional manner and plenty of time was taken for me. The aftercare was also excellent. I am 100% happy with wearing the hearing aids; thanks to Oogvoororen they do not bother me at all. Excellent!
