My first hearing aid. I am young (39 Years) and have been struggling with unilateral hearing loss for >10 years. Once I took the threshold to a hearing aid I tested extensively and also at different shops/companies.

What a relief is the service of oogvoororen. Great help from customer service and at home by Richard. In addition, by far the best prices on the market and completely transparent. Even exchanging the type of charger is possible at extra cost.

Before choosing this device, I tested the top models from Oticon, Phonak, Signia and Widex. The model I was most satisfied with was the Oticon More. Just before final purchase, the Real came on the market as the successor and I chose this one. This one does what it says, even better suppression of wind noise, sound well balanced. Wearing comfort is super, although I must say I had a slight preference for the signia in terms of earplugs. But sound of Oticon suits more what I am looking for. Clear and open.

I work in a very noisy and loud environment with a lot of external stimuli. The Real allows me to follow conversations again that were not possible before, and sound is offered in a pleasant way. It also makes my work less tiring. Music is also better experienced again, on the street also much better distinction of sounds.

The battery life is more than a day, even when I wear it for long days and turn it up at work.

I can also definitely recommend the smartcharger. A little less easy to carry than Signia's (it is smaller, lighter and fits in your inside pocket), but with the advantage that it is much more comfortable on your nightstand. 3x charging without any problem, no annoying lights at night.

The oticon on app is an absolute improvement over the previous app and does work all the time.
I am an iphone owner myself, and pairing and compatibility with device top notch. I do not use the hearing aid for streaming (unilaterally I see no added value for that), and used a good headphones/in-ears, I must say that the sound for streaming then does disappoint. Not a must for me, but probably relevant for someone else.

In short, top device, absolutely recommended.
And look no further than oogvoororen, by far best experienced service with best prices.

After an extended habituation period, both my wife and I can now reasonably handle the adaptability of the devices.

There is already so much to charge. Smartphone, smartwatch and tablet. Very nice that charging the hearing aids with this SmartCharger can be done without AC power!

I do realize that a good hearing aid only really becomes a good hearing aid when an expert audiologist does the settings!
I am very pleased with Richard Hellings who very accurately and patiently made sure that nothing was left to be desired. I am also very happy with his advice to get the "Oticon/SmartCharger miniRite R" instead of the "Oticon/Charger Case". The latter contains its own rechargeable battery and once charged I can charge my hearing aids three times without mains power. The built-in dryer is definitely a big plus as well. Also nice that this is a closed case, so dust-free and easy to carry around. And all that for a small additional cost of 60 euros.

I am also very satisfied with the service from Oogvoororen. After registering, an audiologist came to my home within a week. Two weeks later I could already start the trial period. They are easily accessible and very helpful.

Delighted, does all that is advertised, see plus and minus points for specific items.
I had Phonak L90 before and it worked flawlessly with all Bluetooth devices, as the Bluetooth is built in the HA's CPU.
Signia only supports the ASHA protocol for Android and does not pair with televisions and computers, this device allows you to do that.
The Signia Bluetooth allows you to pair to some devices but is ony recognized as a hearing aid, not a headset/microphone, this device allows you to bypass this limitation.

After a long search in the complicated earpiece market, I found a supplier and a device that I am very satisfied and confident with.

As a 97 year old, bedridden, I have received excellent service at home and my new hearing aids allow me to hear very well again.
