From the first contact an excellent approach. Process made clear and appointments scheduled. These were well kept. Very serious and accurate approach to measuring hearing and advising type of device. After delivery of the device, it was again accurately measured and adjusted. Very professional equipment for measuring between hearing aid and eardrum. Impressive. Good explanation on use of hearing aids and use of app. In short, very satisfied with all that. Butrrr ... target group is mostly old. My mother of almost 90 is still quite clear in the use of Iphone and Ipad and can perform the standard actions in the app well (switching between programs, especially making contact with TV). But there are limits to that.... And the bluetooth connection between iphone, Ipad and hearing aids is not stable. The last days often the message "connection disconnected". Which also prevents her from connecting to the TV or changing programs. Then it becomes difficult for my mother. After contacting your organization, she was given a complicated roadmap to restore that connection.... You can't ask someone of 90 to do this. You really can't. So panic.
Due to the long distances at which her children live, it is not possible to visit directly, so neighbors have to be called in.
It would be nice if an option could be programmed into the app that someone from outside could control it. For the elderly, it can be very helpful if someone else can look into the app and take over the operation for a while.

The devices lose connection to the iPhone as soon as the distance between device and iPhone is > 25 cm. If streaming with TV Play or Sound assist is used the usage time of the rechargeable battery is insufficient by about 2 to 3 hours. The sound quality that is a matter of habituation speech is OK, however all voices are completely different than before my deafness. Matching voices to people is almost impossible. Music is still problematic after over a year of use. Instrumental music from small musical groups is OK. Singers and large orchestras is an unmitigated disaster.
A real problem is that in larger groups (ie more than 4 or 6 people) the sound becomes a nuisance. The ability to focus your attention on 1 person/voice is completely eliminated by the use of hearing aids, it drives you nuts.
The app is an example of something not being developed out. Saving your own sound profiles does not work and the app undesirably interacts other apps in use.
The sound quality and functioning of TV-Play is inadequate. Left and right channel are far from synchronized and the sound comes through double with a small delay of the secondary signal compared to the primary signal.
Recently I also got Sound Assist and that works excellent. One major drawback is that battery/device life is greatly reduced when streaming. Normally without streaming the operating time is about 15 -18 hours by streaming it is reduced to about 2 to 3 hours.

Expert home audiologist, makes pleasant contact and thinks well of wishes and options. Made the choice for a private device, because of specific wishes. Happy with the final device, the wearing comfort and the possibilities for adjustment (volume etc.). Disadvantage is the (private) price range and not being able to adjust (volume) remotely, for example with an app.
