Good sound reproduction hardly notice wearing them

I purchased a hearing aid from Oogvoororen.be and am very satisfied. I would recommend it to anyone! Very good service and friendly people, they are always there to help you.

Audiologist Tine Provoost really knows her job and listens carefully to the problem and gives the right solution. Excellent service with all the trimmings!

With Hearly:
Easy to contact - Good and fast advice & answers # Processing simple and reliable # also with the "free" 30 day test (had no concerns about prepayment (also see this as security for Hearly) #.
Recommendation for orders from Germany: 1. contact health insurance company regarding co-payment (absolutely no problems with TK) 2. take hearing test from ear doctor evaluation > scan or photograph and send to Hearly. 3. Discuss the programs and then test them.
The stated period between discussion / order and delivery was adhered to.
Even after taking over the hearing aids, the support and service was/is optimal.
Another positive aspect is the price compared to German stores.
Compared to local suppliers (local stores): I had conversations with three acousticians, summary: 1x little idea and overpriced, 1x arrogant to arrogance, 1x we are the best and do not respond to customer requests > with all three I had the feeling, pensioners and older people can be sold for stupid. One wanted to sell me always the "Nobelgeräte", even if I communicated to them before exactly my wishes & ideas.
All were overpriced by not desired additional equipment. Some of these were not necessary and they wanted to talk me into it anyway (e.g. drying unit). Cost of service and consumables another issue regarding necessities & costs. I compared all 3 providers plus Hearly in a table.
Result: Order from Hearly.
