Thanks to the Oticon More instruments, I can better participate in conversations and evrgations.
My hearing loss falls under the "difficult cases." Namely, I have hearing loss in the low tones. In the past I have tried hearing aids a few times, but they did not offer any improvement. With the "Oticon More" and the expert implementation by audicien Marco Meijer I am reasonably satisfied and can, better than before, follow conversations. After the initial disappointment with the music quality, the "Music" setting of the hearing aids turns out to give a reasonable sound picture.

I should have heard from" eyes for ears" earlier.
Audiologist in Almelo, Marco very professional and takes all the time for an optimal result. Also first used another device as a test, which was only compatible with I.Phone devices but this Phonak surpassed everything.

Solid if one can operate and maintain it oneself.
very good for customers who are computer literate and are handy enough to replace the parts themselves.
Proximity to a store would remedy that.
Thanks to the moderate prices, you drive very well with the product and Hearly.
The hearing aids are good. What is promised in advertising in (print media or TV) they do not achieve. Speech intelligibility in restaurants, in large groups and when watching TV does not meet expectations. But the effort of hearly is very good. Ms. Krämer has done a very good job.

Online ordering, online adjustment of the hearing aids takes a little getting used to. But: when I'm on vacation and need help, the online/phone service is ideal. D akann I also do not run to the local acoustician.

Hearly is good, competent and helpful.
I am absolutely satisfied with the in-ear devices. I am too vain to wear visible hearing aids. Unfortunately, the devices don't have Bluetooth yet, but I will immediately order them from Hearly when available. It took me about 8 weeks to find the right sleeves (screens). I was constantly trying them out. Now I wear one side with ventilation, one without, because of the feedback. The service at Hearly is great, I am thrilled. And finally, it's a question of money. With Hearly I have saved almost 50%.

Initial uncertainty when fitting the hearing aids. But after using the hearing aids for several weeks no more problems.

Very correct service
After much doubt because, I've been a customer for years at another store where I've always been treated well and had good service, I made the decision to order new hearing aids at Oogvoororen, I like these devices to date perfectly and I'm very pleased with the service, they have no store so that's why I first doubted because I'm not used to that. Given the price difference that is also not bad because, they have no premises to rent or buy hence, the price for the same devices much cheaper.
