Problems are solved via telephone contact.
If no solution is found the hearing aid will be returned for examination and in the meantime, if desired, another hearing aid will be provided as a replacement. (All without cost)

Price quality a topper
I was a bit sceptical about Oog voor ogen's formula at first because you don't have the comfort of the local audicien where you can always drop in if you have a problem, but when I saw the price difference I was immediately convinced and would call if I had a problem. The adjustments went exceptionally well. Richard is a competent audiologist and does everything you ask.
