I can only recommend hearly and always do so when someone I know needs hearing aids

Having previously been to a physical audicien, where I had also had a hearing test and received a quote for a hearing aid, I decided to approach 'Eye Eyes' via the Internet, who would do all that at home, which is also done in a physical store. The information on the website gave me enough confidence to invite this "in-home audiologist.
Richard Nieuwkerk turned out to be a competent audiologist who gave me all the time I needed to decide on a 2-week trial. The hearing test was more comprehensive than I had received in the familiar physical store. In terms of information, there was no question that Richard did not answer or answered with doubt. The purchase price and warranty terms were also more favorable compared to the physical store. I found it ideal that all this could take place at home. I have positive memories of it all, have had excellent experiences with the hearing aid and feel freer in dealing with others knowing that I can easily, thanks to the app adjust the settings to a situation.

The Oticon Intent 1 miniRite hearing aids provide much better hearing performance than my previous devices. In general, I hear much clearer: distinction in speech sounds is better, I hear music more clearly, even the clock in the room I hear ticking again. In the car, conversation is possible again. If someone says something in another room, I often understand it. Also in company speech understanding is reasonable: the sounds produced by other people are not very disturbing. Wind noise (on a bicycle, for example) is hardly noticeable. Sometimes I don't even need the TV streamer.
Monique has made a good choice with these devices. She is competent and gives good advice. Also important: She does not raise unrealistic expectations as you often hear in irritating TV ads of certain hearing centers.
I am very satisfied.
