Good hearing aids but problems with charging case
I am very satisfied with the handling, the sound quality and the signal strength in a wide variety of room situations, as well as the "discretion" of the hearing aids in the ear.
However, the charging case regularly has "contact problems" that can only be solved with some tinkering.

Positive impact on my daily life
I have been wearing my new hearing aids since December and it has really had a positive impact on my daily life. It took some getting used to at first, but thanks to the good guidance I quickly felt at ease.
What I especially notice is that conversations in groups are much easier to follow. Background noises are also filtered out better than with my previous hearing aids. That makes social situations a lot more pleasant.
The service was friendly and professional. They really took the time to adjust everything properly. I am very satisfied with the results.
