Fine experience.
Only my problem is not solved.

I received very professional advice and assistance in choosing my hearing aids from OogvoorOren in Tilburg.

Although I still need to get used to and am still working on the MANY features these devices offer me, I am already very happy with them.
The main speaker could be understood well in a crowded room.
In a reverberant building, where family members sitting next to me could not understand the speaker, I was able to follow everything, partly due to the setting with the smartphone (although the sounds sometimes seemed shrill).
At busy family parties, I can follow conversations better when I have the hearing aids in.
Even though I can usually follow one-on-one conversations perfectly well without these aids, I am still glad that I made this purchase at a very reasonable price and with excellent service.

My mother of almost 94 was helped very sweetly and nicely, everything was explained well and everything done very calmly. I would recommend her to anyone.

Glad I started it. Very easy in my own home town. Nice and knowledgeable man who explained and guided me everything. Still some difficulty in handling it regarding working with the phone. I only have 1 device so that might also be more difficult to use.

I have only had exceptional, very good experiences here. I can recommend the company and especially the employees without exception.

Arrived at Oogvoororen by chance because they are one of the few to come to on-site fitting.

The hearing aids are used as spares for my daily hearing aids. Wear them at least once a week so as not to wean myself off these devices too much. Despite Bernafon's advertising of its devices as being the device for music lovers, the devices are not satisfactory. Music played through a high-end hi-fi system is simply not listenable. Voices of artists are no longer recognizable and symphony orchestras are a total disaster. Voice of a person in direct contact is easily recognizable and can be followed in a conversation. In conversations with several people, however, the subject of conversation disappears into the noise with the result that I withdraw from the conversation. Even with the use of a Soundclip-A, following a conversation with several people remains a daunting task. Streaming music from a computer, phone or tablet gives the same result as listening to music through a hi-fi system.
Of course, it may be that my experience regarding music playback is not a problem of the hearing aids but that something in my brain has changed or been damaged, as the deafness was caused by a fall on the back of my head.
