Enormous customer friendliness of the audicien of INtoears!
Intoears Brielle gets five stars from me for customer service. Because my hearing is (has become) so bad - I have meanwhile been registered for a cochlear implant - it has been an enormous quest to adjust my new hearing aids as well as possible. The patience of hearing care professional Mark Remijnse has been inexhaustible and I am grateful for that!
I am less satisfied with the user-friendliness of my Phonak hearing aids; I find them not easy to use (too "thin").

Perfect hearing aids for almost all situations, also with the accessories would not be able to do without
Friendly and professional helped the two hearing devices fully adjusted to my needs.
First time with the hearing aids in was a relief. no intrusive and shrill sound also my other accessories I had quite easily and quickly connected to the hearing aids (remote control 2 / phone clip 2 / microphone 2 / and twice the TV streamer)

The app on my phone (iPhone 12) was quickly installed and works perfectly with the hearing devices. can also easily create an automatic setting for example for school. to this setting he automatically switches when I enter the school via GPS. I can place several of these settings in the app. for example at home / in the car / outside cycling. these hearing devices are very fast almost no delay in sound when cycling with a route planner or via google maps.
There is also a cool restaurant mode on that works perfectly if you are eating out with multiple people but is also very suitable for birthdays with many children then you can use the mode noiseiter to understand the other again. so perfect hearing devices a good choice

First of all my compliments for the clear site. Especially a wide selection of hearing aids and clear pricing.
My mother is very pleased with her hearing aids.
Previous hearing aids she was lost by mouthpiece. Will not happen anymore because her earpieces sit perfectly. These were made by Diana Lute.

I can only rate the hearing aids with 5 stars. With me, the settings were perfect right away and it actually no longer had to be readjusted. Now you have to say that my previous hearing aids were also from Oticon and I therefore did not have to get used to. Sound and speech I feel the devices (for me) as perfect.
Streaming also works quite well, but there are now and then dropouts or a device loses the connection to the smartphone (Android). However, I had already tested several devices with (ASHA) Bluetooth streaming and the Oticon More still worked best for me. Oticon promised the upcoming Bluetooth streaming with low energy audio for the More devices, which relies on the new LC3 codec. Here I expect even more reliability in the future in connection with smartphones.

They fit great and I hear perfectly even when I answer the phone. The person on the other end has occasional problems with background noise because the speakers are excellent. Listening to classical music via spotify is great. In short I am very satisfied.

Fantastic appliances, top product, think you'll find it hard to find better
First I tried another in ear device. This one had less channels. sound was shrill and did not pick up variations in loudness well. The silk 7 does this. Wear the devices to full satisfaction and without any problems. Too bad it comes with such a price tag, but still, my hearing is now 100 percent.
