I am a very satisfied customer and recommend Oogvoororen to everyone to become a customer.
My experience with oogvoororen is mainly the objective approach and helping me choose the hearing aid. At other audicien the choice was determined by the sponsor ring that the audicien had from the hearing aid supplier. In addition, the service, expertise, friendliness and price at oogvoororen are abundant and I am a very satisfied customer.

Great device and flexible to set up for different situations
For me it was my first hearing aid, but a world opened up. Because of the setting possibilities via the App I have now made 3 personal settings for: inside, outside and watching TV, ideal!
I hear everything loud and clear again and can relaxed participate in conversations, even in a company.
Charging and cleaning is with the charger fast and simple.

Sufficiently good
For many years I had experience with the more familiar hearing aid stores, the device I wore until recently was almost 15 years old but still functioned reasonably well, regularly I was invited to my previous device supplier with an excuse to have the device cleaned, but once I was in the shop it was immediately about a new device which I would need greatly. At another shop I came for an elderly acquaintance with adjustment problems. He had had the chance to have his equipment adjusted properly when he bought it, they had already spent enough time in him and he just had to see. That's how it came across to me. A colleague with similar problems as myself and the same experiences with equipment suppliers here and there ended up at Intoears via via and was very positive about it, so I paid them an orientation visit and made an appointment. Plus and minus are of less importance, there are of course people with hearing problems for whom not 1 device (of the 1000 that are available) solves the problems for 100%, that's not because of the devices but because of the person that uses them. This also applies to myself, I fall in category 4 or 5, it will never become 100% with any device, but what it has become so far I am satisfied with. In 75% of all situations, the understanding is clearly improved. But yes, in many houses nowadays there is no carpet but tiles or smooth marble, and there are no curtains for the square meters of large windows, furniture are made of leather instead of fabric. As long as there are only 1 or 2 people present (except myself) it is not such a problem but with a room full of people it does not matter which of the 5 positions the device is, you go crazy.

Great service, excellent quality for a relatively good price
The big advantage of Oog voor Oren is that, after having been on location once, you can do everything online. Excellent hearing measurement in a soundproof cabin and excellent analysis and help with making choices. After I had two months to try them out I just wanted to keep the Oticons because I liked them so much. They can do the rest with me nicely online, including adjusting the sound quality and adjusting the tones.
Plus, the Oticons were quite a bit cheaper than any other company I looked at. And since they are expensive devices, that discount of many hundreds of dollars is worth it.

My experience with oogvoororen is in 1 word: perfect! I can't think of a single negative point. The staff and the audiologist are very friendly, patient and professional. Moreover, you do not have to go anywhere, the audiologist comes to your home. There is a lot of choice and you can see right away on the website what the hearing aids cost and what the costs are for you (with your health insurance). The aftercare is also perfect. You will receive good advice and if you need new batteries, you can order them at a very low price via the website. If you order 10 packs, you don't even pay any shipping costs. All in all, I can heartily recommend oogvoororen to everyone!
