I should not regret the purchase of my hearing aids. A competent service, especially H. The Signia Styletto hearing aids cost about twice as much at German hearing care professionals as they do at Hearly, and the reimbursement from my health insurance was also trouble-free. I was very satisfied with the consultation and would recommend Hearly to my friends/acquaintances without reservation.

Hearing aids SIGNIA SILK 7X - Germany
Two hearing aids bought from Signia.
In Germany I would have paid about 700 EUR PER DEVICE more. As always, we pay in Germany for EVERYTHING the highest price ...
The service and also the support via tel. or via the very well functioning app is exemplary. As a civil servant, I had the bill approved beforehand by the subsidy office. Was paid in full (in RPL up to 1500 EUR per piece including insurance share - with me 30%).
If this gets around... WHO still buys such a thing in Germany....
Conclusion: VERY SATISFIED and achieved the current technical optimum without additional payment.

I am very satisfied with the purchase and the service from Hearly. A visit to the Hearly Centre in Maastricht was very helpful and the advice very good. But even without a visit everything would have worked very well. I am thrilled with the Oticon S1 device with rechargeable battery. The Bluetooth connections to the iphone and ipad work without any problems. Readjusting the device via phone worked great with the Oticon remote app. The hearing care professional who took care of me is super knowledgeable and very friendly. Since he wears a hearing aid himself and is a musician, he knew immediately what was important for me.

What a pleasure it is to wear these devices! Recently I was able to try three different devices. But this device stood out above all others because the intelligibility increased enormously compared to all previous devices. In addition, I can now stream directly from my Android phone and also call hands-free. Music (stereo) sounds great and for the first time I can also understand the sung text well. I use my own music files in FLAC format and I stream Spotify in the highest quality via WiFi. Of course, the low tones lag behind because no sound pressure can be built up with an open earpiece. But somehow you get used to it very quickly and you don't miss it anymore, while the high tones come through all the better without dominating. And should you find this to be the case, you can adjust this using the Hearing Remote app which has an equalizer. It also has a balance slider that lets you decide how much of the ambient noise should be heard.
The battery easily lasts 16 hours, even with 6 hours of streaming.
