I have had one of those Roger Easy pens for a few years now. It had to be returned and replaced once already wg "not working at all". Finally I have never been able to do anything with it, no help at all. There is even an employee of the company at my home been, all to no avail. I hate that thing ...

A lot of patience and an excellent explanation
The Oticon Ruby 2 MiniRite R (rechargeable) are my first hearing aids.
I bought them at IntoEars Rhoon. There I was kindly helped by Monique Baas and her colleague. They took the time to explain everything.
