As an amateur musician, it is important that music tones are not distorted, and the Oticon S1 fulfils this fully.
The ease of use and always fully charged batteries is a nice experience

From day 1 I have had good experience with these hearing aids.
The listening in conversations is also fine.
With cycling, the wind noise is very limited unlike other devices.

In mid-December 2019, I had a "minor malfunction" on my hearing aid; this was quickly and satisfactorily fixed. It was also agreed at that time to make an appointment in October 2020 for "a new hearing aid".
Through four appointments (27 October 2020 to 1 December 2020) via Mrs Monique Baas of IntoEars Rhoon it was pleasantly concluded to the purchase of a (new) hearing aid. Meanwhile I make satisfactory use of this (new) hearing device.

Without a doubt an excellent support by audiologist Jeroen Koenen. All praise for the personal and professional approach and commitment to achieve the best result!
After a long time of trying out different brands of hearing aids I finally chose this Oticon, also because they were the best for me (on paper).
Since I run into the same problems with all brands, I finally decided to make my choice. This problem is not with the devices but is due to myself. Hence the 3 stars for sound quality .
The exact cause I would still like to see.

Great help, professional and kind assistance with hearing test and fitting. Good device.
After a period of five years I was able to renew my first set of hearing aids.
I liked Resound, so I ordered a new pair, level 4.
Luckily "sponsored"by the health insurance company! Great device, never any complaints. Use my old devices for risky work outside in the garden.

Very good service even I have tried two devices
My old hearing device Phonak (in the ear) needed to be replaced, I went to Beterhoren and got a device (custom made in the ear) that stuck out too much and there was a noise in it, so it was rejected, but I could take their own brand that were € 2000,- per person, I found too expensive, so I went to Oog v Oren.
Is carona time luckily the lady of OvO could come to try out a device and I started in March with Quix 12 G5 (seemed a nice device) but this device sounded hollow even with talking and especially in public spaces (supermarkets etc.) the voices sounded hollow, just like in a car.Fortunately I was allowed to try another device that was made to fit my ears, this was September, at the end of October I received a Phonak device and I like it very much, finally GOOD, thanks
