A luxurious feeling, devices with extensive possibilities
Richard thanks for the wonderful guidance, understanding explanations and punctuality in communication. Great hearing aids with a wonderful new benefit > rechargeable. Have been wearing for about 20 years, hearing deteriorates over the years, but these devices bring the sunshine back into the house.
Not to underestimate an audiologist at home, no more traffic jams or parking lot searches to sometimes be late for appointments.
Oh yes, adjustment of original settings can be arranged remotely.

After 15 years of using hearing aids, this Phonak technology is a relief for your ears
During the trial period the connection to the phone was lost several times. After two visits this was solved by downloading new firmware. For bluetooth connection only the R Phonak must be connected.
The guidance of Tanja Oomen is knowledgeable and very good.
The TV can be from very loud volume to normal and is then still well understood.
After some teething troubles, I am very happy.

I am glad that the audiologist comes to my home. After my hearing aid broke down, I was desperate for a while. The audiologist came to my home and repaired my device until the new one came.

Has a limited range. Must sit with receiver to transmitter. When you turn around or move, the sound falls away. If you are sitting at a distance of 4-5 meter, the sound falls out with certain movements.

I already had good experience with Phonak but they came from Schoonenberg but that had a bad service, switched to Beterhoren. I found out that Schoonenberg and Beterhoren are not transparent, what hearing devices cost you only get to see that on the quote, then you find out that 2 hearing devices Phonak AudeonM90-13T at OogvoorOren € 900 cheaper than at Beterhoren. I live in Houten, but for € 900 I will drive to Someren, maybe they will come to Houten one day.
