When you're well equipped with good hearing aids, a whole new world opens up
After purchasing the Livio 2400 from Starkey last year, I
thought carefully about whether I should go for a couple of good backup devices.

I weighed up the options and went for Starkey Livio 1200. The reason was that the devices are rechargeable, so no hassle with batteries anymore, and that I can set them on my Iphone.
I made a great choice, and I recommend it to everyone.

Good sound quality
The general use of these devices is simple and pleasant. What could deserve some attention is the fact that when using various software on the smartphone, Phonak's software can lose the 'connection' with the ear devices, especially if another sound program than the AutoSense OS 3.0 is specified. But when not 'playing with the phone', the connection from the phone to the ear instruments remains stable. It is very convenient for my office work.

We received a letter from Evian offering to have my ears tested. After telephone contact Mr R. v.d. Kolk was at the door with a recording device. It appeared that my hearing was still good (30%) and he advised me to choose Oction.
After that he would call back at an agreed time. Indeed, he called me back and I could exchange some experiences, namely that the earpieces did not fit well. He would come along on October 28. And the earpieces adjusted. This was all done correctly. All praise for Mr. v.d. Kolk in his interference.
I am very happy with my new hearing device and can recommend it to anyone. My compliments to Mr. v.d. Kolk.

That the hearing aid is rechargeable
In the minus points it is stated that the hearing aid is not rechargeable.
I believe this last statement is correct.

Great service and good prices
Friendly and service oriented audiologists. Because of the corona period there was a very long trial period and it was not difficult. Not even when I wanted to try another device. Very good! The advice on which hearing aids would best suit my needs could be better. After reading and investigating a lot myself, I ended up with other devices. Maybe that had to do with a change of audiologist. There was also some sloppiness in sending the right things. That was well corrected and even compensated with a flower. All in all I am very satisfied and I trust that the service will remain good even after the purchase!
