Very good information beforehand had a hearing aid for years but these are the better solution for me.

I find it a small improvement, still have to ask what do you say. But when I don't put the device in I get the remark of my wife that she has to repeat less.

On the advice of family and acquaintances, and hearing tests, I decided to get hearing aids. Thereby I was advised "eye for ears".
After the fitting etc. they were adjusted according to the results of the hearing test.

I now heard so much, which I had never heard before, but it was not pleasant. Because I am alone, I am used to silence. At the next visit to "eye for ears" the hearing aids were adjusted a bit to make it a bit more comfortable, but still I usually choose the silence, because I have become so attached to it. I wear them now when it is really necessary, to understand others well, to not have to turn up the volume of the TV so loud, and when I go into nature to hear birds etc. better. The quality of the oticon and the service of "eye for ears" are very good and recommendable. This is my personal opinion about the purchased "oticon's". I wear them "too little", but would not want to miss them.

They don't make a fuss about anything and you get an audiogrsm on the spot. Also, what is never possible in a shop, your home situation is taken into account in the adjustment and nobody can do that.

After having a feeling that something was wrong, I sent the units in. After service they were back to working order perfectly and free of charge.

I've been given great advice and have had great help with any questions so now I can hear again [with hearing aid].
I was also advised to put a device between my hearing aids and the TV so that's fine too.
And a device so that I, without hearing aids, the bell, telephone and fire alarm again, by light flashes, can notice.

Because my hearing aids had already been in use for 7 years, I thought it was time to try out new hearing aids. So I went to a hearing shop of a national chain in my home town. After the usual measurements, I could choose from one hearing aid that would be reimbursed by the health insurance company. The recommended device was a private brand device of the chain. Of course, with the free market devices, I was offered two more options that were highly recommended.'Once you've tried these, you'll never want another'. I am not their offer.
Then I started to look on the internet to see the different brands

which are on the market. If you do that, you very quickly end up on the site of Oogvoororen.nl. Nowhere else on the internet did I find such an extensive range. Every chain works with a limited range, but not at Oogvoororen. Every brand is represented here, along with the prices of the hearing aids. Fantastic, then you know where you stand.
Then comes the next hurdle: Oogvoor oren does not have an office in my area. The audicien at home appears to be a godsend. After a few visits from the audicien I received the new hearing aids, which I have been wearing for five months now. Because of the corona issues I have not been able to test all the functions yet, but I really like them. Especially the streaming of sound from the Iphone to the hearing aids is a nice experience. I have not yet been able to test the telecoil and the audibility in a group because of corona. But as soon as that is possible, the audiologist comes along again for the fine tuning.

if you put it in your ear, you have to get used to it. The auricle feels full and that feels bad at first, like you have to gag.
