I have been wearing these devices for over a year now. People around me have started talking more softly. In the past year a small annoyance arose such as wind noise during cycling and a spontaneous clacking sound.

Just contact us and there is always a solution. So a microphone was sent free of charge. Place it yourself. Just check whether it works. Then we consult further.

I don't want any devices other than the in ear types. Hearing naturally with your own earbuds. No problem with the legs of your glasses and scratching of hair.

That you see them is, in this day and age not a problem, many have earpieces in.

Oog voor oren gives broad and realistic advice, they really think along with you. I was able to try out several devices and felt no pressure to come to a decision.
I am very pleased with the hearing aids, they do what they are intended to do.
I really enjoy being able to talk on the phone with the help of my hearing aids. I don't miss any of the conversation anymore!
Operating the hearing aids with my iPhone is also much nicer than using the buttons on my old hearing aids!
After the microphone on my right hearing aid broke I had some trouble replacing it. I called Oog voor oren and there I got guidance by phone on how to replace it. Later with the left device I succeeded myself. After replacement Oog voor oren sent me new microphones so that I will never be without them.

Since I have been using the Resound Linx 3D 961 hearing aids, my hearing has improved 100% compared to my previous hearing aids.

The price of the devices is high and they are unfortunately not covered by the health insurance.

However, I wouldn't want to do without them anymore. Streaming TV programs is a great addition. Everything works well with my smartphone;
The home service of oogvoororen bv for fitting and adjustment is particularly good. The audiologist takes all the time and has a lot of patience. Only 1 earpiece pinches and that's why I use the earpieces of my previous hearing aids.

My commitment was to improve speech understanding. That has totally succeeded.

In different situations, the device adapts automatically. The intelligibility in different types of groups has improved considerably for me. However, it would be nice if all programs could also be set manually. Bluetooth phone option is handy for recording a conversation. But the call has to be made in the normal way because of the poor intelligibility for the caller. Sound quality of music , TV etc. via the optional streamer is fine. (Works with both ear sets)

Purchase via home audiologist was a great experience. Very knowledgeable and correct. There was more measured and checked than with my previous audiologists.
In short, a recent and excellent device that is within the reimbursement.

After years of systematic deterioration of my hearing - a family affliction - I recently had my hearing thoroughly tested at the University Hospital in Ghent.

High tones appeared to be weakened to such an extent that I no longer had directional hearing, so that I could no longer follow a normal conversation. In an environment with any other sound I was as good as deaf, with more and more communication problems as a consequence. According to the UZ a surgical intervention had little chance of success, a solution with hearing aids was indicated.
A price comparison showed that identical hearing aids were much less expensive in the Netherlands than in Belgium, and "Oogvoororen", a fairly large organisation that offers all major brands of hearing aids, had excellent user evaluations. Transparent pricing, fast contact, and after a first telephone interview an appointment was made.

With my professional background in electronics and acoustics, I had previously made a market study of the recent available solutions and the ReSound Link Quattro 961 appeared to be the most advanced device with the best specifications compared to top models from other brands such as Oticon and Phonak. In consultation with Thomas van der Werken, an audiologist at Oogvoororen in Tilburg, and after a series of control tests, the devices were adapted for a one-month trial period without any obligation. The first conclusion was that I could once again participate normally in a conversation, even in a noisy restaurant.

My big shock, whistling around, squeaking and disturbing background noise, turned out not to occur at all. What brilliant technology in such a minuscule thing.

My wife didn't have to repeat everything before I understood. I spoke also much quieter, on a normal conversational tone. The devices did require some adjustment afterwards; the cables turned out to be a little too short, which meant that the devices did not sit well in the ear canal, but that was easily remedied by 'Oogvoororen'. Their ability to adjust the settings online via an iPad or iPhone without having to come to the store is simply fantastic. You can also use these devices to adjust the main settings yourself. The devices are very comfortable to wear, sometimes I realize in bed that I still have them on. They are wirelessly rechargeable, you put them in their box and they are charged. The autonomy is good; the little charger itself contains batteries with which you can charge the hearing aids a few times - easy for travelling. The charger is very expensive in my opinion. All in all I am very satisfied, both with the hearing aids from ReSound and the excellent service from Oogvoororen Tilburg; with again my heartfelt thanks to Thomas and Anke for their excellent service.

oogvoororen was after a long search the first audicien who understood the search for a hearing aid that could be adapted to the needs of the wearer to assist only 1 ear in such a way that both ears worked together optimally again. All others always tried to offer a solution via 2 devices. The two device solution I found in all combinations extremely unpleasant.
