Fine and easy solution for a reasonable price
Great help and I can now hear much better than with the previous device. Easy to set up via the app and to adapt to the (changing) circumstances.
Use in general sufficient
Great device, works excellent, particularly good is that the devices are set through my mobile. In groups (birthdays) not very positive result.

Hearing is for my mother who is in a nursing home;
She is not easily mobile, so a godsend that you come to visit her for a hearing test.

I have experienced both appliances and guidance as very positive.
So far, the devices are excellent. The sound is pleasant and they sit well. The charger is also very nice. I have experienced the sessions with Boelo Klein Ikkink as very pleasant. The app. for choosing the program is convenient to use;
I had a question about an adjustment to a setting I couldn't solve with the app and had to call the customer service auditor, who helped me quickly and well.
Should have started it 10 years earlier
In my work as a psychiatrist, communication is essential. But I also didn't want to feel handicapped. Although it's still nice that you just can't see them, I do now change the batteries while I'm in company.
