I made the first appointment through the head office who scheduled it at the office in Maastricht. The audicien did not show up and they did not know anything at the branch. The audicien was at my home and got a message that I was at the office. So half an hour later we had the first conversation in the service area. Was not a good first impression.

The audicien suggested a trial to me with the Resound LINX Quattro 961 rechargeable. We made a new appointment to measure and install the device. That did not go well because the equipment did not work properly and had to postpone the measurement. Later it worked out fine. I liked the test and bought the Resound.
I have had an evaluation conversation with the audicien and asked him if he had any spare eartips, he only had two. I had no further contact
with the audiologist.

P.S. I do not need a set of batteries (battery) think of something else.

I first went to Beter Horen. They also gave the advice to get these devices. Went home and did a Google search. I wanted to read a review about the devices. Soon I arrived at the site of Oog voor Oren. Oog voor Oren was and is €800 cheaper. Beter Horen did not want to adjust the price. I then made an appointment with Oog voor Oren. The audiologist came to visit me at home and had the devices with him. Immediately everything was adjusted and put into use. Got a good and clear explanation about the devices and the app. Works all very easy. The devices are great. I've had them for 3 months now, but I'm still working on getting the right settings. I do that myself via the app, also very simple. In short, I'm glad I'm completely up to date in terms of hearing.

Good hearing good experience

Firstly, the personal, pleasant and expert guidance at home;
Secondly, the price. Significantly lower than at the shop auditors.

And finally, the Quatro 9 61 rechargeable is a fine hearing aid

Of course it remains personal but below my experiences:



At first you have to accept that your hearing is bad and therefore be convinced of the limitations. Then you have to set aside a bit of vanity and accept that you have to wear a somewhat larger hearing aid.


After wearing a different brand for a number of years on the advice of a sports colleague I ended up at Oog voor Oren and immediately got very clear advice about what is possible for me with severe hearing loss and what is not. It's a bit of a shock but you know where you stand without all sorts of false promises.


With hardly any hearing left, the above hearing aid is on the right with the Oticon App and Connectclip to help.


One on one I can manage quite well, in small company again somewhat participate and quality teleloop is fine (hopefully not have to use too much)

Unfortunately remains for me as a music lover the possibilities really limited what more to my hearing loss will lie as to device. Hopefully the technology goes further and I can also once again play my CDs with pleasure.


What is very important to me is the trust in the audiologist. If there is something you need to call or email and you are helped immediately in a very nice way.


Conclusion: Think for me currently best device with excellent audiologist in the background.
