I have been helped in a knowledgeable manner , friendly. I have the Phonak Audeo Paradise and am very enthusiastic , nice warm sound , containment of background noise , hear many sounds , which I did not know I was missing.
Fine service and good explanation on purchase.
'Tis nice to hear again on both sides. However, I have very small ears and wear glasses. They do come up all the time. Really have to be careful not to lose them.

Oogvoororen takes the time for their customers, optimal adjustment by knowledgeable and experienced audiologists
After 30 years of being with the same audiologist, I decided to switch. Tested at different audicien and finally ended up at Oogvoororen. It was a nice experience, especially because of the audicien Arno Verbeek, who took all the time to test and set up the devices at my home. Arno is an experienced and knowledgeable audiologist, which is necessary for the devices to function optimally. After having tested several out of category hearing aids I took a cat. 5 hearing aid, the Bernafon and ants 200 minority. The Bernafon satisfies reasonably well. It has now become clear to me that with a hearing loss of 85 db even the out-of-category devices cannot solve everything, unfortunately.

So a great expansion of my hearing makes me happy.
Very impressive the increase in many sounds that were previously inaudible to me. Running water, birds, clocks and alarm clocks. Took a while to move these sounds to the background throughout as well. Hearing but not consciously listening to them is important. My tinnitus now has less of an upper hand, perhaps due to the higher frequency range.
Am incredibly satisfied and only positive about both the devices and our audiologist. Can definitely recommend both.
I can hear much better again, I can participate a little in all kinds of activities again.

Floris Yocarini did a great job in helping me choose the best device for me. With professional information, conveyed in clear language and fortunately averse to commercialism, he was able to enrich my information so that I could make a good decision. Doing the tests at home is definitely a plus, also because of Floris! As a single woman, I felt completely at ease with Floris, so that I could do the tests to the best of my ability without worries. His attitude was extremely correct and professional and friendly. I was able to test them for almost a month and am now very happy with my new rechargeable hearing aids. Thanks thanks.
