I am extremely satisfied with the replacement devices (small model) as well as the particularly professional fitting at my home.
From your company I received "better hearing devices"'' (declarable by CZ PZP) to replace the previously supplied to me by the optician TONEN from Eindhoven. (As a replacement for the optician TONEN in Eindhoven, you did this in close consultation with my health insurer. Well, I am extremely satisfied with the replacement devices (small of model) just as I am with the extremely professional 'fitting' at my home and the control in connection with the adjustment. and the customer-friendly thereby. Satisfied all round
It is my first hearing aid. The experience is very positive. I can hear much better, especially the high tones. I can now follow conversations and television without any problems. Even in very noisy surroundings. When I take them off, everything sounds like it's coming through a woolen blanket.
The first time it was a bit itchy in my ears but you get used to it. Just like when you brush with an electric toothbrush for the first time. That also feels strange at first but you soon get used to it;
As I have not been able to hear the high tones well for a long time, sounds seem a bit shrill at first. I use the app to set the sound a bit less shrill, but I also get used to the sound. I am very satisfied. It will never be the same as your own ears, but I am glad I made the decision;
The home service from OogvoorOren was also very pleasant and professional. They really took their time and explained everything very well. I would recommend it to anyone.

These are my second set of hearing aids. The first set was from another audiologist and also a different brand. Of course it takes getting used to, but in the end it is definitely an improvement. There is enough time to get used to other devices. And they are happy to make adjustments!

disappoints
a nice novelty but does not do what it should do. pretty soon, the rechargeable batteries are empty too soon. sometimes by 18.00 hours they are used up. while you can do up to 6 days with a regular battery.

Being able to make normal phone calls again using bluetooth connectivity is a revelation.
After 5 years of wearing hearing aids from a higher segment, I switched to this hearing aid in the top segment because of the sublime quality and the many possibilities. You can add your own programs for personal situations if desired, including automatic activation on location via GPS. The most important fantastic addition is making phone calls with iPhone via hearing aids.
