For years I have been walking from audiologist to audiologist with my - unfortunately rather complicated - hearing problems. Unfortunately without much result, always with the message that "this is all we can do for you".

Until I accidentally came across Oogvoororen via Google. Told them my problems and pretty soon got a hearing aid recommendation. Started in March with the test program under the extremely caring and technically perfect guidance of the skilled audicien Telegraaf.

Early July I bought the hearing aids, was really happy with it because I could talk to several people at the same time again. Hear almost everything now, still don't understand everything but that's just me.

Bought a connectclip which facilitated phone calls and conversations in the car very well and the TVconnector which makes it possible to get rid of the headphones and hear the TV better than my wife. (Who, unfortunately, I can no longer understand);
On my 79th, I feel happy and satisfied with Eyes for my ears and my hearing aids!

Correct treatment.

Half the price in Belgium and this not only for the devices but also for the pills etc.

CM in Belgium gives a compensation but ..... the local CM staff does not always know the correct procedure and it takes a long time before everything is ok. However Oog voor oren was always available and ready to cooperate with yet another question from the CM.

When will you open a centre in Belgium?
So far , so good . After-sales service (repair, etc.) still to be awaited.

Perfect service. By mistake I ordered 10 blisters with the wrong number. So I sent them back with an explanatory note. One day later the correct batteries were delivered without extra costs. Homage!!!!

All in all after almost 1 Month of trying I am very satisfied sublime hearing and already reasonably accustomed to wearing it in the ear.

Complete satisfaction can be achieved by purchasing both the Phonak Compilot and the Phonak TV Bundle II, eventually if required. It is a great help when using GSM (mobile phone) and TV;
