It took some getting used to, because of extremely narrow ear canals no microphones could be placed in the ear canal.
There was little to do about it.

But the audibility of people with whom I have a conversation has improved considerably. It was also time, like so many, I should have started earlier and waited too long.

The sound from the TV comes to the ears with excellent quality in stereo. I am totally immersed in the film.



When you also use the Connectclip, it interferes with the sound when the smartphone (to which the Connectclip is linked) sends a signal, for example for an incoming message. I therefore switch off the Connectclip when watching TV.

First ordered these batteries Rayovac Extra Advanced- 312 !

Was very satisfied long life .

Disappointing empty much sooner !

I have been given excellent advice by "Oog voor Oren", every telephone call with questions was answered calmly and well. Audiologist Bob Oukes was very customer-friendly and knowledgeable. The application for reimbursement from the health insurance company was handled very well by him with a favourable result for me.

After my experience with large hearing chains, this was a relief. They don't try to sell you everything, but first test and listen.... to me! Tried out various devices. Time for you! No queue as in store. Comes to your home. Tests as good as in store. Fast service. Audiologist with expertise;
Online contact works quickly. Accessories quickly at home via the post. In short: excellent!

The Roger Pen has brought me a lot; I can now follow speakers with the pen around my neck as well as the sound of television. Music broadcast on TV also sounds better and purer in my ears. Where I (as an experienced singer) could no longer distinguish the harmonies properly, which is very frustrating, with the Roger Pen I can do so much better.

After more than two months no negative experience and the quality of my life has improved. Also, the technical possibilities are fantastic
