I have been wearing hearing aids for 4 years. Oticon Opn 1 is my 2nd device, but I have tried as many as 4 other devices; Oticon's sound quality stands out. I have been wearing them since June 2017.
1 on 1 conversations go fine of course, but social occasions when several people are talking remains difficult.
Minus point is the opening tone which is quite loud and high, I wait a while before putting them in.
Concerning "Oog voor Oren" I think it is a pity that I cannot ask Kim a question directly or that she is a regular contact person.
Secondly, it is a pity that the company does not keep track of which device you have. For example, I ordered the wrong replacement earbuds (I asked for them by email, but got no answer!). :-(

We have received honest and good explanation about the possibilities with these hearing devices and they were professionally adjusted at home, I am happy with it, the direct phone calls with the iPhone is a plus, phone calls go through the hearing devices for anyone with this problem.

The comfort is great just a pity that it is not possible to connect to soundbar and TV.
This should be possible according to the instructions but does not work.

I have had hearing aids since 1987 and have worn out several brands. It is now clear that the technology has improved enormously. I am very happy that I have found Oogvoororen and I am advertising for you everywhere.

Best hearing aid I know. It surpasses all of its digital predecessors. The device, after getting used to it, makes hearing clear, which I miss without this adjustment.
I use them mostly in conversations, person to person.
That is the most important thing for me.

As stated above in the plus points, good quality of service, attention and hearing.

Great device, very convenient.
I was stupid to tilt the device and after 1 cleaning the fluid ran out. And then it doesn't work anymore of course.
