I only had a positive experience with the device and certainly with the explanation and delivery.

An ideal situation: the hearing care professional comes to your home and adjusts the device to your needs, which can be easily identified and expressed because you are sitting in your own familiar acoustic environment.
The Widex Passion can be fine-tuned to meet complex requirements.
I play an instrument and the sound was poor to moderate with any device other than the widex unique. This does depend on good settings which were made by the audiologist from eye for ears (kim telegraaf). After 2x adjustments a good hearing aid.
Since 2002 I only use the widex top model, now called passion unique 440.

I got this address for hearing aids from my brother and he was so pleased with it that I approached them too. The audiologist was a very correct, friendly man and for me the home visit was a big plus. They have all the new devices but also listen to what you want. I am very pleased with my new hearing aid.

Nice little modern hearing aids. Many times better and more pleasant to use than my 5 year old Schoonenberg devices. The support from the audiologist of OogvoorOren, Marco Elferink, is very intensive, detailed and knowledgeable. The hearing aids are very expensive and unfortunately are not covered by health insurance at all.

Very satisfied with my hearing aids, explanation and information about the devices is explained in detail, I would definitely recommend it to acquaintances. And a friendly reception!

I read about the opn-1 and saw many positive reactions so I thought I should try that because good hearing is an advantage. So I went to my local audicien and was shocked by the price. So I searched the internet and saw that at Eye for Ears the price is 30% lower. Yes and then you start thinking: ordering hearing aids via internet, is that something. I phoned them, they spent about an hour on the phone and all my questions were answered. Made an appointment and Marco Elferink came by. A nice guy who knows his business. Eventually I had plenty of time to try out the hearing aids. But after 1 day I was already convinced. I heard more and hardly have to ask questions anymore. Especially in noisy places like birthdays I can now understand people from a distance. Previously I could only understand people sitting next to me.

I brought this from Oogvoororen.nl as an additional device apart from the one that was covered under insurance. The technology is indeed improving and they are making the hearing as natural as possible. But even with the best device, there are still gaps to cover and hope it improves with time.

This after a clear and comprehensive explanation by the Mrs. in Eindhoven and with the help of the supplied manual.
despite the fact that I am fairly adept at these kinds of jobs, it was still a bit of a puzzle
possibly a 'video-manual' ( via this site or on you tube?) with picture and sound or with picture and text is an extra help
Also a sticker (with the name of the object) on the various supplied cables and other 'things' helps with the connection.
