A whole new world has opened up for me with these Oticon instruments. I can now participate fully in any place and in any group.
An extra compliment for Kim who has set the devices very skillfully with (not unimportant) earplugs that fit well and keep the devices safely in your ears. Thank you Kim for this excellent service. For me you are an expert in your field. Visiting you at home was very nice.

The assistance at home was very pleasant and the operation of the device was adequately explained. The connection to the IPhone was also arranged immediately. Even a week after the purchase, when the hearing aids came on sale, the bill was adjusted to the bargain price. That is what I call service. It is also very convenient to be able to ask questions via the App on the IPhone or via the regular mail and to receive a quick response. It is also very easy to contact Resound via the App to change the settings, many of the settings can also be changed via the App from Resound. For people with tinnitus, Resound's tinnitus masking App is very practical, you can choose from several sounds and create your own. I can only say one thing, this service is great and the price is good.

After 5 years of using Resound Verso 7, to our satisfaction, these devices are experienced as an improvement, especially because of the iPhone capability.

My first experience with a hearing aid was with another hearing aid supplier, but that was no pleasure and the devices that were not covered by health insurance were more expensive at that hearing aid store anyway.

Music on the iphone can be heard well via bluetooth directly through the hearing aid. The 312 batteries are cheap compared to other providers, so no headphones are needed. Ideal if you like music. The "tulips" keep the hearing aid in the ear canal. The soft and flexible material makes it comfortable to wear. Through the app on the iphone certain settings can be easily adjusted/changed.
