I have to be honest: I was a bit wary about buying hearing aids over the internet at first. In my case, it is quite an amount of money, and what do you have to fall back on if something goes wrong? This 'virtual' assistance has something intangible about it. After an initial exploratory visit to the hearing centre of IntoEars in Eindhoven, my reserve had already disappeared. You then realise that you're simply dealing with a physical 'hearing shop' like those you find in the familiar chains. That gives you something to hold on to. The difference is that you can choose from everything the market has to offer in hearing aids and you are not bound to the brands of the known chains. After a trial period of two months I decided to buy it. I was helped by IntoEars in a pleasant and professional way.

100% positive. A friendly, and as far as I can tell, professional woman for measurements, adjustments etc.

Fine hearing aid with the ReSound phone clip and app you can turn it up or down.
2nd device is really free at oog voor oren.
My additional insurance paid the personal contribution.

Everything ran smoothly and well .Only the devices are way too expensive for a technology that has been around for years and only change in small modifications.The price to make these hearing aids is only a few dollars at the factory.
This high price is an obstacle for many people to purchase it which I regret.

A pleasant portable device with a nice sound and easy to operate.
The coupling with accessories is easy and gives a good and clear sound.
In short, a good hearing device for severe hearing loss.

In most circumstances, the ReSound makes spoken word easy to understand. If there is a lot of noise from the surroundings, it is less clear.
Quality of sound reproduction is not as good as with regular headphones or in-ear phones.

Very satisfied with this device; it meets my needs perfectly.
The sound is hardly distorting and therefore quickly accustomed.
Wearing it does not cause any irritation. Placing it correctly does require some extra attention.
The service was fine and pleasant. A lot of explanation in a short time.

With this hearing device the operation with the iPhone is a revelation, only for me, 81, year in the beginning it was difficult and still I do not know all possibilities. Explanation of this is (in the user guide booklet) still difficult especially the change of / with Resound contact. The hearing devices are fantastic, I am so far very satisfied! It is a pity that these devices are not covered by health insurance, it is for me a revelation of hearing comfort and compared to Resound Linx 2 (class 4) a big difference, as Mr. R Hellings also confirmed to me during his visits at home, thanks.
