The perfect hearing aid for me

Extremely satisfied with these devices.
The service of the audiologist at home was also very much appreciated.

I have had the devices on trial, for me they offered no added value, although very well set. With my current devices I hear just as well or bad.

It is so nice that you can regulate everything yourself, such as when it is windy when you are on your bicycle and in company at a birthday.

Overall, I'm excited. My first hearing aid. I started using it because it has become so small that wearing it is hardly visible and it can be linked to your phone (Iphone). Especially if the hairstyle is adjusted a little, it is invisible. Only if people really start paying attention, but people do not look at your ears!

Always hands-free calling by bluetooth link. I never have to hold my mobile phone to my ear anymore...on the bike, in the car, behind the PC, at work etc. Disadvantage is that since the last updates of the app sometimes the synchronization is not working properly. The sound is so distorted (mickey mouse voices) that you have to hang up and call again, which is very annoying, because you cannot quickly undo the connection. The other person does not notice this because they can hear you well but do not know that you are calling via an earpiece with bluetooth and you have poor reception on your hearing app....
This really has to be improved.

My hearing has improved many times. I hear without the device no birds ... with the device very much and loudly!

The sound quality is reasonable. Basses are not really good because of the open caps. I do not use a fully enclosed system.

The connection to the television is also perfect. You have to buy it separately and I use it sometimes, but it works very well.

I find the costs however (almost) too high. Especially when a device only has a life span of 5 years, because then they are written off for insurance purposes... I hope this will improve in the future but I have my doubts.

5 years full warranty is not correct, because it builds up during the 5 years. (sliding scale).

In combination with glasses, wearing the hearing aid (especially in warm weather) is not always pleasant. Feels a bit painful.

App could be more extensive and functional.

The only problem was to obtain a test report from an audiological center within a reasonable time. After forwarding this report to Oog voor Oren my hearing aids were fitted and in use within a few weeks. The entire process was handled very well by Oog voor Oren.
