At first, I was really happy with the device, but after an initial minor repair, it never really worked properly again. The device was repaired again, and I received a new amplifier, but now it won’t charge. The device is less than three years old. Maybe I’m just unlucky? But the service isn’t up to par. I’m not getting a response through the contact feature in the app. My email has gone unanswered for five days now. I called and was helped after a long wait. A friendly lady told me again which email address I should have sent it to… which was, in fact, the same address I used five days ago.

Great devices that do exactly what they're designed to do. They're also very easy to use in combination with the Oticon app.

After my previous hearing aid broke down frequently, I ended up at Oog voor Oren on the recommendation of a friend. In a word, my experience with both the hearing care professional (Monique) and the hearing aid has been positive. The videos on replacement and cleaning are also very helpful, as is the option to have the devices adjusted remotely.
