Great hearing aids that were fitted right the first time by Michelle. i can listen well again and understand everyone, super important in my profession as a communication trainer!

Because I work as a communications trainer and am very sensitive to sound, I wanted the very best hearing aids this time. Once I had made the decision for myself, I could quickly visit Oog voor Oren. When I made the appointment, the staff member was very sympathetic and ordered the hearing aids I wanted. The audiologist (Michelle) had them with her and she managed to fit them properly in one go. I am so happy with them! The service is great while they are really much cheaper than at regular audiologists. I highly recommend it.

You get answers to your questions, everything is negotiable and there are no hidden "fine print" in the sales agreement.

The patient audiologist found the device that fit me best.

There was no time pressure which was very pleasant for me, 82 years old.

Compliments for your organization in Hoogvliet. Especially for llianee Felicia, who helped me in a very pleasant way and with expert knowledge. After a month's trial, the hearing aids work perfectly.

After 1.5 years of use, I am still very satisfied.

I am very satisfied with this hearing aid. I have had them for 1.5 years now. Sometimes it is difficult to find the right setting. Once it is found, you talk with everyone in your environment.

You can choose from 4 settings in the accompanying app according to the environment you are standing in AND in a small way control the volume and treble/bass.

Fast charging. Min 16h usable after charging.

When I am at a party (150 people + DJ) I do have some work finding the right setting. Once done I can hear the conversations around me. If the music is not blaring loud I can hear 80% of what is being said at the next table.

When using the app set the volume of the smartphone to maximum. Communication is via a whistle tone. A loud environment rarely affects the yes/no arrival of the whistle tone to the hearing aids.

After choosing one of the four settings, the brain needs 30 minutes to get used to the new sound. So please wait patiently and do not immediately start working on the settings again.

Thanks to a magnet, the hearing aids click into place in the case and start charging. After six months this no longer happened (they are now 1.5 years old). I now have to clean the contacts in the box and the hearing aids almost daily. Otherwise there is no contact and then the hearing aids will not charge.

Too crazy for words. As a 69 year old you have a right to good hearing, don't you? From 20 percent to 97 percent
